Infrastructure
We have established
modern machine building facilities in Rewari (Haryana), near the capital
of India with over 10,000 sq. feet of working area. We are also
equipped with CAD/CAM facilities supported by top end design and
machine software.

Product Characteristics
- JGB Products
are steel fabricated with thick plates as per capacity duly stress
relieved before machining. The dimensions are calculated according to the
methods in order to ensure maximum capacity under the highest rated
load
- Drives are
well designed to impart sturdiness and eliminate cantilever action.
Precision designed fully enclosed gears and anti friction bearings
provide silent and vibration free operation. All cranks and shafts are
made in EN-series
- Steel slides
with gunmetal gibs are easily adjustable and therefore it provides high
degree of centering and rigidly at extension of adjustment
- All machines are equipped with automatic lubricating device controlled by centralized pump through capillary distribution
- Machines are available in Rolling Key Clutch as well as Pneumatic Clutch as per customer’s requirement
- Electric
controls are equipped with three position switch-ONCE, INCH and
CONTINUOUS mode and TOP STOP to stop the machine at top dead center.
